Our goal is to encourage sustainable impact by helping to develop sustainability models that reduce dependence on donations. We encourage the strengthening of strategic, collaborative, and impact-driven capabilities. Additionally, we address the gaps between the knowledge required to manage associations and the experience gained over the years.
